We are a neighborhood community center that offers social, fitness & educational events to the Ox Creek Community in Weaverville, N.C.

Minutes from the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway, our cozy Community Center is available for small event rentals at an affordable rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We can accommodate up to fifty guests at the Ox Creek Community Center.

  • All day rental for non Ox Creek residents is $90. We require a refundable $60 security deposit for all rental agreements. If your requested date is available, an invoice with payment details and a rental contract will be sent to you via email.

  • We provide tables and seating for up to fifty guests. Additionally, you’ll have access to an outdoor barbecue and a full indoor kitchen stocked with basic utensils and cooking tools.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.

  • Visit our contact page to get in touch and provide some details about your event. If your requested date is available, we will send you a rental contract via email.

  • Yes, the Ox Creek Community center is available 365 days a year.

  • Complimentary wifi is included with your rental agreement.

  • For your selected rental day, you will have the Community Center at your disposal starting at 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

  • We do not charge a cleaning fee and trust our guests to leave the Community Center as they found it. All guests will also be responsible for taking any garbage or recycling with them at the end of the event.

    It's so cheap for everything that you get: an entire cabin, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and fridge, 5+ long tables, 20+ chairs, plenty of parking, and an outstanding view of the woods and creek. [The host] was friendly, understanding, and extremely professional.

    I rented the Ox Creek Community Center for an afternoon and evening for the celebration of life for a very close friend who recently passed. What a way to pay our last respects to him in such a beautiful area. It felt very comfortable as if we were all really in a cabin in the woods… I would 100% recommend this place if you're in the Weaverville, NC or Asheville area!

    Really nice little place perfect for get together for birthdays, receptions, holidays gatherings really anything with less than 50ish people. Outside lighting for dark, kitchen and dinning area as well as restrooms and covered front deck. A little close to the road though so little ones need extra eyes on them at all times
